Requirements for Business Visit Visa
This visa is only issued for Businessmen, CEOs, Managers and Companies Representatives. Females and other applicants will have to obtain an authorization (Visa Block Number) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the host company.
When applying for a business visa the following must be submitted to the approved visa agent.
1. The electronic invite letter from the host company.
2. An employment letter from your company for the intended visit addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, showing your position, the justification for your visit and the duration of the stay.
3. Passport valid for at least six months.
4. Foreigners must have a valid residency in South Africa.
5. Tow recent colored (6x4) personal photographs where the background must be white.
6. The embassy will decide the validity of the visa and the period of the stay in the Kingdom.
When applying for a business visa the following must be submitted to the approved visa agent.

This visa is only issued for Engineers and Technical Staff.

3. An employment letter from your company for the intended visit addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, showing your position, the justification for your visit and the duration of the stay.

This Visa is issued to the immediate relatives of those who are currently working in the Kingdom. The approval of this visa can only be obtained from the Department of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom.

1. A copy of the follow-up receipt showing the visa number issued from the Department of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom.
2. Proof of relationship e.g. Marriage and birth certificates
3. Passport valid for at least six months.
4. Tow recent colored (6x4) personal photographs where the background must be white.
When applying for this visa the following must be submitted to the approved agent.
1. A copy of the follow-up receipt showing the visa number issued from the Department of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom.

This visa is issued for the wives and children of those who are currently working in the Kingdom. The approval of this visa can only be obtained from the Department of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom.

1. A copy of the follow-up receipt showing the visa number issued from the Department of Foreign Affairs
2. The age of sons must not exceed 18 years and daughters should not be married.
3. Passport valid for at least six months.
4. A medical report for the wife and children over the age of 15 years (the medical form and list of authorized labs can be obtained from authorized visa agents).
5. Tow recent colored (6x4) personal photographs where the background must be white.
When applying for this visa the following must be submitted to the approved agent.
1. A copy of the follow-up receipt showing the visa number issued from the Department of Foreign Affairs

This visa is issued to those who have the qualifications due and selected to fill in a vacant job in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi establishment must obtain Work Visas from the concerned authorities in the Kingdom.
When applying for this visa the following must be submitted to the approved agent.
1. A copy of the follow-up receipt showing the visa number issued from the Department of Foreign Affairs.
2. The electronic visa authorization.
3. The age of the applicant must not be less than 22 years.
4. A copy of the employment contract signed by both parties.
5. Passport valid for at least six months.
6. Copies of academic certificates and practical experience authenticated by the South African Department of International Relations and Cooperation.
7. A medical report (the medical form and list of authorized labs can be obtained from authorized visa agents).
8. Police Clearance Certificate.
9. Tow recent colored (6x4) personal photographs where the background must be white.
When applying for this visa the following must be submitted to the approved agent.

This visa is issued to the students who have scholarships from one of the official Saudi Universities. The name of those students must be sent from the Saudi concerned authorities directly to the Saudi Embassy in Pretoria.
When applying for this visa the following must be submitted to the approved agent.
1. A copy of the enrolment letter from the concerned university showing the name and the personal photograph of the student.
2. The academic certificate authenticated by the South African Department of International Relations and Cooperation.
3. A medical report (the medical form and list of authorized labs can be obtained from authorized visa agents).
4. Any other requirements by the university mentioned on the acceptance letter.
5. Passport valid for at least six months.
6. Tow recent colored (6x4) personal photographs where the background must be white.
When applying for this visa the following must be submitted to the approved agent.
1. A copy of the enrolment letter from the concerned university showing the name and the personal photograph of the student.
2. The academic certificate authenticated by the South African Department of International Relations and Cooperation.

Requirement for Transit Visa
This visa is issued for those who are traveling to their countries or other countries via the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
When applying for this visa the following must be submitted to the approved agent.
1. A confirmed ticket with Saudi airlines where the duration of stay in the kingdom must not exceed 72 hours from the time of arrival.
2. The applicant must obtain a visa to the destination country.
3. Passport valid for at least six months.

Requirements for Transit Visas
This visa is issued for those who are desirous to travel to their countries or other countries via the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
When you apply for a Transit Visa, the following items must be submitted to the Consular Section of the Saudi Embassy in Pretoria:
1. A valid passport
2. The applicant must obtain a visa to the destination country
3. A ticket where his/her residency in the Kingdom will not exceed 72 hours
4. The applicant must fill out and sign the application form with two recent, colored (6x4) personal photographs, where the background must be white.
When you apply for a Transit Visa, the following items must be submitted to the Consular Section of the Saudi Embassy in Pretoria:

Requirements for Authentication
The Documents, the Certificates of Origin, the Study Certificates on which various authentications from different official circuits concluding by the authentications of the Department of Foreign Affairs in South Africa
These Documents must:
1. Be authenticated from an official authority accredited by the Embassy
2. Any scratch of addition to any data of the document of to the authentication on the document, will deem the Embassy not to authenticate this document
3. The Embassy is not responsible for any information in the concerned document, and has the right to refuse to authenticate any document.
