Statement from the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Pretoria on the Passing Away of HRH Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General.
the late HRH the Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al SaudThe Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Pretoria announces with deep sorrow and grief the passing away of HRH the Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, on Saturday (24/11/1432 A.H) after an illness.

The Royal Embassy expressed its condolences to the Government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and asked Allah the Almighty to bestow his mercy and forgiveness and eternal peace upon the deceased Crown Prince, to bless his soul and to grant him the best reward for serving his religion and his country.

The Royal Embassy would like to note that a book of condolences will be open from Wednesday 26th of October 2011 to Friday 28th of October 2011 between 12:30 - 15:30.

Ambassador Mohamed Al Ali Meets with Mr Blade Nzimande Minster of Higher Education and Training
Pretoria, July 6, 2011.
The Ambassador of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques in South Africa, Mr. Mohamed bin Mahmoud Al Ali met with Minister of Higher Education and Training in the Republic of South Africa Mr Blade Nzimande.

The meeting was held at the residence of HE Ambassador Mohamed Al Ali on the sideline of a working lunch hosted by HE Ambassador Al Ali for Minister Nzimande.

The meeting was also attended by professors from South African universities, the acting Head of the Saudi - South African Business Council and the Director of International Relation in the Department of Higher Education and Training.

HE Mr. Al Ali and Minister Nzimande discussed various issues regarding the cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of South Africa in the field of Higher Education.

The Ambassador of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques in South Africa, Mr. Mohamed bin Mahmoud Al Ali hosted a working  lunch for the South African Muslims Businessmen.
 
The lunch was held at the residence of Ambassador Al Ali. The dinner was preceded by a power point presentation about the Business and Investment Opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, Ambassador Mohamed Al Ali has encouraged the South African Muslims Businessmen to explore the business opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia meets with a senior official from the ruling party
Pretoria, March 31, 2010. The Ambassador of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques in South Africa, Mr. Mohamed bin Mahmoud Al Ali met with Ms Baleka Mbete, the National Chairperson of the ruling party in the Republic of South Africa the National African Congress (ANC).    

The meeting was held at the headquarter of the ruling party in Johannesburg.

HE Mr. Al Ali and Ms Mbete discussed various issues regarding the bilateral relations between the two countries and the possible ways of enhancing the existing ties.
